CHECK IF YOUR IPHONE IS COMPATIBLE (YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER GIVES YOU THESE PRIVILEGES.

TO FIND OUT GO TO: Settings, General, Network. If you get a option of either: Personal Hotspot or Tethering your iPhone is compatible. If not sorry, you can't do this. You need to upgrade or change networks.
