How to Add Words to the Android Personal Dictionary: 7 Steps

Many Android dictionaries have the ability to add personal words for instant recognition. This will make your typing experience faster.
STEPS

HIT THE MENU BUTTON IN ANDROID AND SELECT "SYSTEM SETTINGS."

SCROLL DOWN THE SETTINGS SCREEN TOWARD THE BOTTOM.

HIT THE "LANGUAGE & INPUT" OPTION UNDER "PERSONAL." It's the icon with the blue square and the "A" on it.

SCROLL DOWN THE LANGUAGE SCREEN TOWARDS THE BOTTOM.

SELECT "PERSONAL DICTIONARY," WHICH IS ALL THE WAY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN.

LOOK THROUGH THE WORDS YOU\'VE ADDED TO THE DICTIONARY. Select the plus sign all the way at the bottom of the screen.

TYPE IN A NEW WORD INTO THE TEXTBOX. Click "OK" to add the word to your dictionary.
TIPS
You can also delete words you didn't mean to add to the dictionary by clicking the red "X" next to them.
WARNINGS
Make sure you don't add offensive words if there's a chance anyone else using your phone may be offended by them.
