How to Print Directly from Android Device to Printer - wikiHow

We store thousands of photos in our Android phone. We also store important emails & documents too. Sometimes we have a library of e-books in our Android tablet. And someday you want to print them out .

STEPS

INSTALL STARPRINT APP FROM GOOGLE PLAY OR AMAZON MARKET
REQUIREMENT:
check Android version of the phone (available for vesion 2.3 and up) Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ivc.starprint
Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/ISB-Vietnam-StarPrint-Just-Print/dp/B00BUNV8RA
Note: During installation, you will see a request to allow installing printing library. Just tap OK to continue.

CONNECT YOUR PRINTER WITH ANDROID PHONE/TABLET (USB/WIFI/BLUETOOTH/SHARED PRINTER).
_For Wifi connection:_
Requirement: a Access Point
Turn on Wi-Fi on Android phone and connect to AP.
Connect printer to AP. You can connect by build-in Wifi in the printer or RJ-45 cable
_For Bluetooth connection:_
Turn on Bluetooth on Android and printer.
Pair 2 devices
_For USB connection:_
Requirement: Android phone must support USB host. Check your phone manual to make sure about that.
Use USB cable to connect the phone to printer directly.

LAUNCH STARPRINT AND PRINT
STEP 1:
Select content you want to print . Just follow the screen to select content.
Step 2: Search and select printer
Tap on [Select Printer] to open printer screen
StarPrint will automatically search all printers around and lists them out.
Select printer you want.


Step 3: Check print setting and Print

TIPS
There are several printing solution apps on Google Play market. Third-party app can work/print with many printers from different manufacturer such as HP, Canon, Lexmark... Official app of these brand names just work with their product series.
